Our team worked closely with the Vanir Development Group to plan, develop, and design a solution for their suburban property to house the Mexican Consulate in Southern California. The site program included 20,000 SF of office space, with 60,000 SF of retail/light commercial space, and 2 locations for fast food restaurants. The 11 acre site is envisioned to be a walkable, active, and self-sufficient site for the consulate patrons and local residents.  |
