The Vanir team prepared a preliminary assessment of the Bert G. Chappell Auditorium at Hiram Johnson High School that included an initial concept and conceptual budget.
We developed a comprehensive model that illustrated the necessary building upgrades (fire & life safety and seismic safety upgrades) and incorporated new additions and modifications to fulfill their vision for the future 'Hiram Johnson Arts Academy.'
