Crescent City Public Safety Building

Crescent city needs an updated public safety building.  The current building is dated, small, and most critically, located within the tsunami run-up area.  The Vanir team worked closely with the Mayor, Police Chief, and City Manager to develop a comprehensive program, schedule, budget, and funding plan.

Next, we assessed multiple site options that included both; empty land and existing buildings that could be retrofitted.  We eventually chose a site that had an existing +/-7,200 SF building.  We added 1,500 SF of new office space and created a new, more inviting, entry and facade.

We designed a pamphlet and produced a video to help solicit funds and support for the project.
